    Let GoLando email tenants before rent is due, send your own reminder, and choose whether late rent gets a notice.

    What the video shows

    1. Once you record a tenant's rent in GoLando, they're emailed 7, 3 and 1 day before it's due.
    2. The emails stop as soon as that month's rent is recorded.
    3. To nudge a tenant yourself, press Remind.
    4. The email names their real due date, plus your message.
    5. Send it now, or pick a date to schedule it.
    6. Scheduled reminders go out at 9 a.m. on their date.
    7. Rent 3 days late with nothing recorded?
    8. GoLando emails and texts the tenant once, and lets you know.
    9. Don't want late notices? Turn them off in Profile.
