    When a vendor's price is over your budget, approve it, offer less or decline, all by text.

    What the video shows

    1. A tenant reports a cracked toilet tank. GoLando sends it to your plumber.
    2. Your plumber replies with a price: $650.
    3. Your budget is $500, so the job waits for you.
    4. The price comes to you by text, with the plumber's number if you want to talk first.
    5. Reply APPROVE, LOWER and a price to ask for less, or DECLINE.
    6. Approve it, and your plumber hears right away.
    7. No reply within 24 hours, and the price is declined.
    8. Your plumber gets the approved price and accepts.
    9. Then they send two times, and your tenant picks one.
    10. You get a text when they accept.
    11. The request moves to In Progress.
