    Choose who GoLando texts for each kind of job, and who it tries next when they can't take it.

    What the video shows

    1. Coverage decides who GoLando texts for each kind of job.
    2. Each category starts Uncovered. Pick one, then who covers it.
    3. Vendors who list plumbing come first, then the rest of your team.
    4. One vendor shows Needs backup. If they're busy, the job waits.
    5. Add a second vendor, and it's Covered.
    6. Your team can cover any category, even outside their trade.
    7. Up to three per category. Number 1 gets the job first.
    8. If they say no or don't reply in time, GoLando tries the next one.
    9. Drag to change the order. Changes save as you go.
    10. Active means GoLando can text them. Paused or opted-out vendors get skipped.
    11. If nobody on a list can take a job, GoLando may try your handyman. Otherwise it comes to you.
