A request has to belong to a lease imported from Buildium. Attachments aren't synced.

The nightly sync updates the records it created instead of duplicating them, and marks units, leases and tenants removed in Buildium as inactive or ended in GoLando.

Connect Buildium in four steps
Connect your Buildium account
GoLando connects directly to your Buildium account. In your Buildium settings, create a connection key for GoLando; the connect screen in your dashboard shows what to turn on. Included with Buildium's Premium tier.
Add the key to GoLando
Paste it into the connect screen in your GoLando dashboard. It's encrypted before it's stored.
Choose and import
Pick the properties, review what will come across and confirm. Imports count toward your plan's unit and tenant limits, and tenants get a welcome text only if you tick the box.
Turn on nightly sync
Optional. GoLando refreshes the properties you chose once a day, between about 1 and 4 a.m. in your time zone. Nightly syncs never send welcome texts.

Frequently asked questions
Does GoLando replace Buildium?
No. Buildium stays your system of record. GoLando handles tenant maintenance texts, troubleshooting, vendor dispatch and follow-up.
Will GoLando change anything in Buildium?
It only ever creates resident requests: when you send one from a request's page, or automatically for tenant-portal requests with write-back on. It doesn't edit or delete anything in Buildium.
Does connecting Buildium cost extra?
No. Connecting Buildium yourself is part of every plan. On Enterprise, an implementation fee applies if we set up the integration for you.
Is GoLando affiliated with Buildium?
No. GoLando connects through Buildium's API. Buildium is a trademark of its owner, and GoLando isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Buildium.
