What the video shows
- Start with the buildings you rent out.
- Name it, then add the address your tenants live at.
- GoLando uses the address to find vendors who serve the area.
- Pick the building type.
- Set the number of units, so every tenant lands in the right one.
- Manage it for an owner? Its rent is then tracked separately.
- Building systems are optional, but worth adding.
- Then GoLando knows the heating system, and won't need to ask your tenant.
- Save, and it's on your list.
- Add each one the same way, or import them from Buildium.
