    What the video shows

    1. Add the plumbers, electricians and handymen you already work with.
    2. Have their contact card? Import it, and the form fills in.
    3. Or type their name, and their company if they have one.
    4. Their mobile number matters most. Jobs reach them by text.
    5. No email? Leave it blank. It's optional.
    6. Tick the trades they do.
    7. They join your team. You choose which jobs they get in Coverage.
    8. Take emergency calls? Tick it. Overnight emergencies only go to vendors with a box ticked.
    9. Add them, and they're on your team.
    10. No text goes out yet. Their first job text introduces you.
    11. Next, put them on Coverage to choose which jobs they get.
